The 2025 Conference Organising Committee have negotiated rates with certain hotels close to the Century City Conference Centre for conference delegates. To qualify for these rates, participants will be required to use a credit card to secure their reservation and will receive confirmation of their request directly from the selected hotel.
The number of rooms secured at each hotel varies and therefore early reservations are recommended in order to obtain preferred room rates at your hotel of choice. Contracted rooms will be released as follows:
50% of the unsold rooms will be released 60 days prior to arrival (18 June 2025)
Remaining unsold rooms will be released 30 days prior to arrival (18 July 2025).
Kindly contact the individual hotels directly (as indicated below) to make a reservation and quote the Block code to receive negotiated conference rates.
The above listed rates are:
- In South African Rands
- Applicable per room / per night but subject to the Hotel terms & conditions
- Are bed & breakfast rates where indicated
- Inclusive of VAT at 15% but exclusive of parking and tourism levy at 1% on accommodation
- Any double room rates refer to a maximum of two adults per room
- Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking
